Welcome to Evlogison, the grill house that brings to Ilion in Athens all the flavor and love for authentic handmade souvlaki! Since 2022, we have created a place that is not just a food shop, but a small culinary oasis, where tradition and quality meet every day.

Here at Evlogison, we make everything with our own hands and with great passion:

• We knead the pitas and bake them fresh every day
• We make our sauces from scratch, using pure ingredients
• We cut fresh potatoes, fry them and serve them with red sauce and anthotyro cheese that you will love.

Our space is unique, with a special atmosphere combining ecclesiastical elements with modern street style, chandeliers with icons of saints, colorful tables, and velvet curtains embroidered with golden crosses, plus colorful furniture creating a scene reminiscent of a Mexican courtyard.

Our owner, Stelios, started Evlogison out of love and passion for good food and has turned it into a beloved gastronomic destination for the entire area, as well as for those who discover us through social media, like TikTok.
